Reno with Girls!

Yesterday, I got to go up to Reno with two of my friends, Amberlee and Michelle at the last minute. We went to the Singles FHE. I was not excited about the activity, Speed Dating. But I really wanted to hang out with the girls. So I just went with them and had some fun. It has been a long time since we hung out together and did something. At the Singles FHE, we did a Speed Dating Activity. I told the girls that I didn't want to do it and that I was running away to hide. Just kidding... :) Mom reminded me what Sister Dalton said at the CES Fireside yesterday when I told her about FHE. Sister Dalton said something about us being willing to get out of our comfort zone. I haven't thought about it. But anyway, we all went inside the gym and the girls sat in the chairs inside the circle of tables around the gym. The boys sat on the outside of the circle. The boys sat and talked to us girls for three minutes then the boys would move to another seat. It was interesting... I met some weird guys, funny guys, and nice guys. It was not that bad after all for my first time to do that kind of stuff... Afterward, we went to Meadowood Mall to see our friend Ducky (aka Jeff) who works at Brookstone. We just chatted a bit then left to go to Wendy's. Gotta LOVE the Chocolate Frosty! :) Then we went home. It was a great night with the girls! I'm glad I went and I had a good time.
