Halloween 2010

October 27
I went to my home ward's Halloween party at the church. I was dressed up as a bee. I got to wear freaky eyelashes which turned out to be pretty cool! It was fun to dress up and I'm glad I did. At the party, I helped a bit with a ladder game. I went into a haunted room that was put on by the Young Men's and had my fortune told. Chatted with Amberlee and took some pictures. Then we had Trunk-or-Treating outside. It was very cold! It was fun.

Amberlee and I got to carve pumpkins. I carved mine into a spider and web with the paper pattern to help. I wanted to do something different this year instead of those smiley face pumpkins. It was a lot of carving but fun! Amberlee and her nephew carved a smiley pumpkin. It was fun carving pumpkins.

I went to Reno in the morning to attend baptisms at the temple. It was a wonderful time. Then Bishop treated us all to breakfast at Ihop. I had scrambled eggs with bacon along with strawberry crepes. So good!! Thank-you Bishop! :) Afterward, I went over to Matt's house and played a game similar to Jenja with my friends, Joshua, Leslie, and Kathryn. I think it's called Bursick. It was a great game and we had a lot of laughs. Good time with my friends! Then I left and went and visited my cousin Shirley and her family with Meagan. We just chatted and played a game. Then we went to Wendy's for dinner before going to the church for the University 1st Ward's Halloween Party. I got to learn how to do the Thriller dance, had some pictures taken, went down to the haunted basement, and danced all night. In the haunted basement, I screamed because someone grabbed my ankle! Zee... :) It was a fun party! Then I drove home from Reno. It was a great Halloween last week! Happy Halloween! :)
